C)Third Party Debt Order
A third party debt order is an order to a third party who owes money to the defendant to pay it to the Claimant instead. Most orders are aimed at the defendants bank account. In certain circumstances this can be a suitable method of reclaiming debts from defaulting tenants.

D)Charging Order
Where the tenant and / or any guarantor is the legal owner of a property and we have obtained a money judgment from the County Court, we can obtain a charging order on their property. This means that the property can not be sold or remortgaged without your debt being paid off.

E)Bailiffs Execution Of Goods
Landlord Legal Help can through the court get the county court bailiffs to attend the debtor’s address and attempt to seize the debtors goods set against the money order obtained against the tenant.

F)Bankruptcy / Winding Up
We can arrange for a statutory demand to be served, by hand, on the tenant and or guarantor or a winding up demand in the case of a Company Let. This is a twenty one day demand, demanding that the debtor pays the monies he or she owes you. If they fail to do so, then they have the threat of bankruptcy or winding up.
